Senior Operations Executive – Bathrooms, Tiles, and Interiors

Location: Navan, Co. Meath
Salary: €35,000 – €50,000 OTE (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

At CKB Design, we’re a proudly family-run business with over 30 years’ experience creating beautiful bathrooms, tiles, kitchens, and wardrobes for homes across Ireland.

We’re now looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Operations Executive to join our growing team in Navan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to step into a central role, help shape how we work, and be part of a company that values initiative, collaboration, and pride in what we do.

The Role

This is a key position within the business — perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership.
You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, improving processes, managing stock and suppliers, and ensuring projects move seamlessly from order to delivery.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Auditing and streamlining operational processes to make the business more efficient.
Managing purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock control (including min/max levels).
Overseeing ERP system updates (Intact & EQ) — pricing, reporting, and data accuracy.
Leading operational projects and supporting ongoing business improvements.
Assisting the sales team when needed with orders or client consultations.
Ensuring the day-to-day running of the company is organised and effective.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after someone experienced, confident, and proactive — someone who spots problems early and enjoys solving them.
You’ll have strong operational or procurement experience in the bathroom or tile industry, excellent organisation skills, and the confidence to take ownership of your work.

Essential:

Proven operational experience in the bathroom/tile or related interiors industry.
Strong understanding of procurement and stock management.
ERP experience (Intact or EQ preferred).
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and follow-through.
Full, clean driving licence and your own transport.

Desirable:

Sales or showroom experience.
Project leadership or supervisory background.

Structured hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (with every 3rd Saturday off)
Bank Holiday weekends: Closed Saturday–Monday
