About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator to keep Kinvara’s content flowing through a three-month peak trading period. This is a content-first seat: you own bringing content in front and centre across social, email and paid, with TikTok and the rollout of TikTok Shop as your priority.

You’ll use every resource available to keep the business supplied with content shooting in our Galway HQ and on location, working with the product itself, jumping on trending formats, and pulling in external creators and UGC. It’s a largely self-sufficient role for someone who can step in immediately, keep quality high and hold the posting cadence with light direction from the Marketing Manager.

Accountabilities

TikTok & TikTok Shop —

Build and grow our TikTok presence, holding a steady cadence across the cover.
Lead the rollout of TikTok Shop — shoppable video and product-led posts.
Spot and jump on trend-led, reactive content where it suits the brand.

Content creation & UGC — keep the whole business supplied with content for the peak period, using every resource possible.

Shoot in the HQ and on location
Source trending content and bring in external creators to widen the mix.
Source, request and repurpose UGC in line with usage permissions.
Keep a full, on-brand bank of assets ready for campaigns and reactive posts.

Campaign & paid creative — produce video and creative for paid social and organic so campaigns run to plan.

Build creative variations for Meta/paid social from the campaign brief.
Keep everything aligned to current campaign themes and brand guidelines.

Organic social — own the day-to-day across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Plan & Execute a Organic social to align with overall business marketing strategy
Create, schedule and publish organic content to the calendar.
Write on-brand captions and manage community basics (comments, DMs).
Spot and jump on relevant trends where they suit the brand.

Performance & tracking — track content performance and adjust to what’s working.

Watch engagement and simple content metrics; feed learnings into the next posts.
Share a short weekly note on what’s landing.

Copywriting — write clear, on-brand copy across social, email and web.

Match Kinvara’s voice and keep claims within the approved wording.
Draft short-form copy for captions, subject lines and product/landing content as needed.

Requirements

Essential

Proven experience creating content for a consumer brand (skincare, beauty, wellness or DTC a strong plus).
Strong TikTok expertise confident building presence, shoppable content and trend-led posting; TikTok Shop experience a distinct advantage.
Confident shooting and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere or similar), with a strong photography and visual eye.
Excellent copywriting with a natural feel for brand voice.
Able to work independently, jump in immediately and hit deadlines with minimal hand-holding.
Comfortable publishing and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Available to work on-site at our Galway HQ, Monday to Wednesday.

Desirable

Experience with Klaviyo and/or Shopify.
Understanding of paid social creative best practice.
Basic graphic design (Canva, Figma or Adobe).
Interest in natural skincare, sustainability or the wellness space.

Tools & systems

Video/editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar) · photography · Canva or Figma · Meta Business Suite · TikTok / TikTok Shop · Instagram · Klaviyo · Shopify · the team’s content calendar.

Ways of working

On-site at our Galway HQ three days a week (Monday to Wednesday), working closely with the Marketing Manager on plan, calendar and campaigns, and largely self-directed on execution. Regular check-ins keep content aligned to the plan and on-brand throughout the cover.
