Join Our Team as a Pastry Chef!

Choice Hotel Group is on the hunt for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Galway! If you're eager to craft show-stopping desserts and be part of an exciting culinary environment, this is your opportunity to shine!

What You'll Do:

Create delicious, high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Innovate with fresh, seasonal ingredients and exciting new recipes.
Lead the pastry section, ensuring top-notch quality and hygiene.
Collaborate with the Head Chef for flawless service and consistency.
Mentor and inspire junior pastry staff.
Maintain strict food safety and health standards.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or hotels preferred).
A flair for pastry perfection and a keen eye for detail.
Thrive under pressure and work seamlessly with a team.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
