Full job description

CCRM Structures is hiring General Operatives to join our production team at our factory in Cappoquin, Co. Waterford. We manufacture lightweight building products including cills, canopies, mouldings , etc, for the construction industry.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a Monday to Friday day shift and no weekend work. If you're reliable, hands-on and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Manufacturing, assembling and finishing our products
Quality checking and packing finished goods
Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised (3S)
Handling materials and helping with general factory duties
Getting involved in continuous improvement; your ideas count

What we're looking for:

A reliable, punctual team player
Good attention to detail
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Willing to learn (we provide full training)
Previous factory, production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is a bonus but not essential

What you'll get:

€15.00 per hour
Full-time, permanent contract; job security with a growing company
Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 15:30
On-the-job training and the chance to develop your skills
Free on-site parking

We work under a lean management system, so you'll be part of a tidy, well-organised team that's always looking for smarter, safer ways to work, full training given.

Pay: €15.00 per hour
