Location: UNIT 2/39, DUNDRUM TOWN CENTRE, DUNDRUM, DUBLIN, IRELAND, D16 HN62
Hours: 24 hours per week - A fully flexible approach is essential, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts as required
Salary: €18.05 Per Hour

In this role, you will provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to our customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in-store experience. We’re also extremely proud to work with some of the most trusted and professional beauty brands in the industry, like Beauty by Ellie, Mylee, Studex, & Lash Perfect, all helping us to deliver the very best professional service to our customers!

Services include:

Threading, Tinting, Facial & Brow waxing, Lash Lifts, Cluster Lash extensions, Piercing and Nails (manicure, pedicure, gels, acrylics, body waxing and spray tanning)

We offer in-house professional training in Threading, Tinting, Waxing, Piercing & Lash extensions.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate, professional, and ready to make a difference in every client’s day. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
Are confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
Are truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.

Journey to Joining Our Amazing Team 1 Submit Your Application Apply online by submitting your CV, ensuring it highlights how your experience aligns with our beauty roles. 2 Initial Screening Our Talent Team will review your application, and if you meet the role's requirements, they will contact you to arrange a 20-minute telephone screening. This conversation will help us learn more about you and your experience. 3 Interview If you successfully pass the telephone screening, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Store Manager or Beauty Studio Manager. The interview will be held in-store and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and expertise in Beauty or Hair. 4 Trade Test We want to see you do what you do best! At your face-to-face interview, you will also be asked to complete a Trade Test so we can assess your practical skills and client interaction. This could be a nail, brow or hair treatment – dependant on what role you have applied for. The Talent Team will talk you through this when scheduling so you know exactly what to expect, Please note, to ensure the Trade Test runs smoothly, we ask that you bring along a friend/family member who can act as your model for this assessment. 5 Offer & Onboarding If successful, you will receive a job offer with details about the role, salary, training, and benefits.
