Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time | Park West, Dublin 12 |

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role combining creative design work with e-commerce management and digital marketing. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, managing our online presence, and supporting day-to-day commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Print

Design and produce visual content for both digital and print formats (brochures, catalogues, flyers, banners, POS materials)
Create and maintain the company product catalogue (both printed and online versions)
Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials

E-Commerce & Product Management

Manage and optimise the eBay seller account: create product listings, write item descriptions, define pricing strategies, and monitor inventory
Manage the Shopify e-commerce platform and support commercial prospecting to contribute to new client acquisition and revenue growth
Ensure product pages are visually appealing, well-described, and SEO-friendly

Customer Relations

Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries across digital channels
Ensure fast and effective resolution of customer issues

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Create engaging content to support brand awareness and community engagement
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly

Skills & Requirements

Essential

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay or similar)
Strong written communication skills for product descriptions and customer interactions
Experience managing social media accounts in a professional context
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Marketing
Experience in catalogue design or product photography
Knowledge of basic SEO and digital marketing principles
Experience with print production and working with external suppliers
