Consultative Mindset: A background in Business Consulting, with the ability to perform deep discovery, identify "pain points," and map them to high-value technology roadmaps.
Technical Foundation: A strong Technical Background—this could be a degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience with APIs, data modeling, or software development.
Strategic Partnering: Experience acting as a strategic partner to sales or business units, helping to steer the direction of a deal or project.
Demonstrated Passion: A visible passion for Technology, Business, and AI. You are curious about the latest trends and eager to learn how they apply to customer success.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to find creative, pragmatic solutions to unique and complex business challenges.
Communication & Presence: Strong oral, written, and presentation skills. You are good at explaining complex ideas and finding ways to keep an audience’s attention.
