Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive required to work at All Stop Trading Limited at Unit 124 Ashbourne Industrial Estate, Ashbourne, Co. Meath, A84 KP74, Ireland. Must have a third-level degree in Marketing and relevant experience. Duties: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business growth and strengthen brand positioning across domestic and international markets; Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities and recommend marketing initiatives; Analyse market trends and customer requirements, preparing reports and recommendations to support business and product development; Plan, coordinate, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and SEM to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation; Manage and optimise the company website (Shopify), including content, landing pages, product listings, and user experience to improve conversion performance; Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, social media content, blogs, graphics, and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and target market objectives; Liaise with internal stakeholders and external marketing suppliers to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns, recommending modifications where required; Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using marketing analytics to evaluate effectiveness and support continuous improvement; Represent the company at trade exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company’s products and identify market opportunities; Support international business development activities by identifying prospective customers, generating qualified leads, and assisting commercial negotiations; Contribute to the development of international sales initiatives and strategic partnerships as part of broader marketing and business growth objectives.
