Duty Manager (Food & Beverage Experience Essential)

Villa Rose Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background to join our management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and maintaining the highest service standards.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel during assigned shifts.
Support and lead the Food & Beverage team across restaurant, bar, banqueting, and events operations.
Ensure excellent guest service standards are consistently delivered throughout the hotel.
Manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Supervise, motivate, and develop team members across departments.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel operational procedures.
Work closely with departmental managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisory role within a hotel environment.
Strong Food & Beverage operational experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A proven ability to lead teams and deliver outstanding customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Knowledge of hotel property management systems would be an advantage.
