Clerical Officer Grade III - Maintenance Department

35 hours- Full Time, Permanent Contract

Monday to Friday

Hours of Work: flexibility to work until from 8am-5pm everyday

Bon Secours Hospital Cork are delighted to announce an opportunity for a Clerical Grade Officer Grade III to provide administrative support to our maintenance department.

Applications are invited for this post from suitably qualified and experienced candidates.

The successful candidate will form an integral part of the Administration team and will possess:

A relevant Business/Administration and or IT qualification and have achieved a high level of proficiency in same
Excellent Microsoft skills; ECDL is desirable
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills and have the ability to work on his/her own initiative and have a proactive “can do” approach
Have a comprehensive knowledge of administration processes
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Fluency in English both spoken and written is a pre-requisite for this role
