Kevin Burke Tyres is one of Ireland's leading wholesale tyre distributors, supplying customers nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our team.
This is not a typical administration role. It is a busy, fast paced position where no two days are the same. You will work closely with our sales, warehouse, transport and retail teams, helping to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

The Role
As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders received by telephone and through our website.
- Managing and processing web orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answering incoming sales calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Working closely with drivers and the warehouse team to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently.
- Preparing delivery documentation.
- Supporting our retail department by assisting customers when required.
- Preparing quotations and providing day to day administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records using our ERP system.
- Working closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Previous experience in the tyre industry, motor trade, motor factors or a related industry would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We are more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
Full Training Provided
This is a role that takes time to learn, and full training will be provided.
You will receive comprehensive training on our products, processes and ERP system. We understand that becoming familiar with our business takes time, and we will support you every step of the way. If you are willing to learn and committed to developing your skills, we will invest in your future.
