We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics operations, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Management:
· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of solar PV products.
· Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space utilization and ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
· Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
· Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
2. Logistics Coordination:
· Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation and delivery of products to customers.
· Liaise with freight carriers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers to schedule shipments and track delivery status.
· Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to minimise costs and improve delivery times.
· Resolve any logistics issues or delays promptly to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse management/purchasing is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
