About The Role
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistent excellence in food quality, preparation, and presentation.

Contribute to the planning, meticulous preparation, and efficient delivery of high-volume food service across our diverse outlets.

Actively mentor and support junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Maintain exemplary standards in food hygiene and safety, ensuring full HACCP and Health & Safety compliance at all times.
