We are looking for a Critical Facilities Engineer Level III to support our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting the electrical and mechanical infrastructure that keeps our data centre operating for our customers!

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across site infrastructure.
Supporting the operation of critical electrical systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, battery systems and building management systems.
Conducting site inspections and responding to alarms and system alerts.
Managing and overseeing specialist contractors and maintenance vendors.
Completing repairs, fault-finding and corrective maintenance activities.
Maintaining accurate operational documentation, procedures and maintenance records.
Supporting infrastructure improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
Following permit-to-work and safety processes to ensure a safe working environment.
Assisting with incident response and troubleshooting activities when required.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from fully qualified electricians who are looking to develop their careers in a critical operations environment or engineers looking to expand their world into data center!

Essential

Recognised Electrical Qualification (Apprenticeship, Degree etc)
Strong electrical installation, maintenance or fault-finding experience.
A safety-first mindset and commitment to high standards of workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, construction, pharmaceutical, utilities, healthcare, automation, facilities management, or other critical environments.
Experience working with generators, UPS systems, switchgear or building management systems.

No previous data centre experience? That's absolutely fine. If you have strong electrical skills from a mission critical environment and the desire to learn, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
