Eddie Rocket's is the original and best burger joint in Dublin. Thirty years rollin' with the punches and keeping it old school. The freshest food cooked to order and packed with flavor. Rock solid service and killer tunes to boot. No bull, just savage burgers, famous Shakes and plenty more.

We are now looking for Grill Chefs ......CAN YOU HANDLE THE HEAT?

We want people who are not afraid to go above and beyond, who love what they do and believe that the details matter.

We make burgers the old school way - freshest food, cooked to order. We keep it real and personal, we work hard but don't take ourselves too seriously and have lots of fun along the way.

If you have prior kitchen or catering experience that is fantastic, but if not, don't worry, we will train you up.

We are looking for staff who are flexible
Eager to learn
Enjoy working as part of a team in a fun fast paced environment
Know how to work hard but also to enjoy themselves
