Niamh Barry Design, is an internationally acclaimed, award winning company. Since 2004 we have been developing and producing lighting and furniture design products for our clients across the globe.
We are hiring an experienced metal fabricator to join our team. This role is based in our well-equipped purpose-built workshop, offering a variety of rewarding work across many aspects of our production.
This role within the company will see you work directly with a small team of highly skilled metal fabricators and craftsmen.
You must be a skilled sheet metal fabricator with experience in TIG welding, cutting, folding, rolling, shaping, assembling sheet metal structures with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A natural problem-solving mindset with an interest in learning new skills and working on projects that are both challenging and rewarding is a bonus.
Experience and skills required:
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within a similar position
· Tig welding
· Abrasive wheel experience and training
· Sheet metal fabrication experience
· A curious mind and willingness to learn new techniques and processes
· High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
· Can problem solve and apply these solutions into the metal fabrication of the products.
· Must work well in a team environment but also have the initiative to work on tasks without supervision

JOB LOCATION:
Lusk, North County Dublin
WEEKLY HOURS: 40 hours - Full time
Mon - Thu 7.30am – 5pm
Friday – 7am – 1.30pm

€25 per hour DOE
OTHER: Own transport is recommended due to the location of the studio. Parking and bicycle storage facilities are available.
