Position Summary

Western Motors are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistantto join their team. This role is fully in-person and will be responsible for executing essential HR administrative functions across both our Galway and Drogheda dealership locations.

The role will be based in our Drogheda location.

Core Responsibilities

Records Management:Coordinate the secure maintenance of all digital and physical personnel files and employee records.
Documentation Compliance:Facilitate the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding documentation while maintaining strict adherence to GDPR and Irish employment legislation.
Talent Integration:Provide administrative support throughout the candidate onboarding cycle and track ongoing probationary periods.
Performance Monitoring:Support leadership teams with the scheduling, administration, and documentation of performance review cycles.
Operational Support:Deliver general day-to-day administrative assistance to support the broader HR function.

Candidate Requirements

Professional Experience:Proven background in a dedicated HR administration capacity.
Technical Proficiency:Strong literacy across the Microsoft Office Suite.
Core Competencies:Exceptional organizational capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail and data accuracy.
Communication Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Discretion:A proven ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential data with total professional integrity.
