StarboiiFitness is a private coaching gym specialising in small-group personal training, individual coaching and strength and conditioning.
We are looking for a reliable, flexible and enthusiastic Personal Trainer / Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our growing team.
The role
You will be responsible for delivering safe, professional and engaging coaching to adults and athletes of different ages and ability levels.
Responsibilities
- Coach small-group personal training sessions
- Deliver strength and conditioning sessions
- Provide individual coaching when required
- Demonstrate exercises clearly and correct technique
- Adapt exercises for different abilities, injuries and training experience
- Build positive relationships with members
- Create an energetic, welcoming and supportive environment
- Set up and organise equipment before and after sessions
- Maintain the coaching standards expected at StarboiiFitness
Requirements
- Recognised Personal Training, Fitness Instruction or Strength and Conditioning qualification
- Confident coaching individuals and small groups
- Good understanding of strength training, movement and conditioning
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional, dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible availability
- First Aid certification is preferred
- Previous coaching experience is preferred
