What You’ll Do

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders, providing expert People & Culture guidance and support aligned to business goals.
Partner with managers to effectively handle employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievance issues, while coaching them on people management best practice.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition to attract, select and retain top talent, supporting recruitment activities where required.
Support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive colleague experience from onboarding through to development, engagement and offboarding.
Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and support the delivery of targeted people initiatives and training.
Partner with business leaders on talent management, succession planning and colleague development to build future capability.
Lead and support the delivery of People & Culture projects, programmes and annual people initiatives that drive engagement, retention and organisational performance.
Support employee engagement activities, helping leaders develop and implement action plans that strengthen team engagement and culture.
Collaborate with People Services and Centres of Excellence to ensure effective implementation of policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, coaching and partnering line managers.
Degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
Proven exposure to employee relations, performance management and talent management agendas.
Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful actions.
