The role's areas of focus:
Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving revenue targets and meeting client needs.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide assistance throughout the sales process, utilising various communication channels.
- Issue Resolution: Address any customer concerns or issues promptly to ensure a smooth sales experience and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any sales-related issues or obstacles, working closely with internal teams to find solutions.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with various internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to support the sales process and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party suppliers or partners to ensure seamless integration and support for sales initiatives.

- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a sales team.
- Deadline Orientation: Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines, demonstrating drive and commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Sales Operations Management: Familiarity with the fundamentals of sales operations and support.
- Sales Support Platform Management: Experience in managing sales support platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Client Relationship Management: Knowledge of maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective sales support.
