Principal Accountabilities
· Work in our Network & Security Operations Centre to support customer environments
· Provide 1st/2nd line support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and Security solutions
· Monitor customer network environments and troubleshoot/resolve customer issues
· Perform capacity analysis for customers and make recommendations for improvement
· Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers
· Escalate issues beyond your remit to 2nd/3rd line support, following defined escalation procedures
· Support on-site teams to deploy and configure SD-WAN, LAN and WiFi solutions
· Develop and maintain support documentation in accordance with company standards
· Identify issues and improvements to optimize customer experience, define new ways to improve how we work and what we do
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN’s, ACL’s, Routing
- Knowledge of best practice security principles
- Firewall administration and support experience
- Security Logging & Monitoring
- Working knowledge of packet analyser tools for troubleshooting. E.g.: Wireshark
- Fluent in business English language - written and verbal
- Strong team work ethic
- 1-3 years networking experience in a similar role, SD-WAN & Firewall experience an advantage
- As on-site customer visits may be required, a full Irish driving licence is required
- A great attitude and willingness to learn, we will invest in and train you

Pay: €35,517.31-€43,781.72 per year
