About Us
Vitabella Clinic is a doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic based in Dublin. We are looking for a reliable and organised Marketing Associate to support our marketing activities, patient communications and the day-to-day growth of the clinic.
Main Duties
- Assist with the clinic's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content.
- Help prepare promotional materials for treatments and services. Respond to patient enquiries by telephone, email and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with booking appointments and providing information about the clinic's services.
- Update the clinic website and online content. Support the management of Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Monitor online reviews and assist with patient feedback. Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Help identify opportunities to promote the clinic and attract new patients.
- Work closely with the clinic directors on marketing and business development projects.
- Carry out general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Experience with Canva or similar design software is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service or marketing is desirable but not essential

Pay: €28,300.00-€56,644.86 per year
