Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are hiring a Program Manager reporting directly to the Senior Director of HRBP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects and programs within agreed timelines and scope and serve as a subject matter expert and partner. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the development and measurement of programs to deliver against HR Strategy
Work with program sponsors and functional leaders within and outside of the Global Talent Organisation to craft and confirm project and program objectives.
Partner cross-functionally with teams from recruitment human resources, marketing, Strategic Finance, Workplace, and corporate communications.
Align with partners on project roles and responsibilities and project deliverables.
Partner with Project Managers and business partners to execute against the project plan.
Establish project standards meeting cadence, version control for project documentation and workflows to ensure the success of each program.
Communicate program status across core teams, stakeholder updates and executives.
Support internal communications to share program information & progress.
Identify success criteria and track metrics to evaluate the impact of the program.
Continually innovate, taking intelligent risks to design and implement better solutions.
Refine and execute on future programs.
Works to build expertise across countries within EMEA & LatAm and serves as the regional subject matter expert on global projects.
Ensures operational excellence by establishing and maintaining efficient processes, reporting and documentation.
Handles highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information with discretion.

4+ years of experience in leading projects, ideally in a HR environment.
Excellent communication skills, driving engagement, decision-making and alignment across key partners.
Experience working with remote cross-functional teams.
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills.
Exceptional program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize work in a rapidly evolving environment.
Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance, taking ownership and strong accountability.
Ability to seamlessly move between strategic thinking and operational execution, conducting deep dives when needed while maintaining focus on broader business objectives.
Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
Experience presenting recommendations and influencing business leaders, HR and senior leadership.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to be a team player & collaborate with others.
Demonstrated practical communication skills to build and support and partnership of initiatives and collaboration among stakeholders to the executive level.
