Belleek Castle is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our dynamic and welcoming team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious establishment, where maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction is at the heart of what we do.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are impeccably clean and well-presented, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, maintaining Belleek Castle’s reputation for excellence.
Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed to protect guests and staff.
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and replenishing amenities.
Assist in managing linen supplies, ensuring timely turnover and restocking.
Address any housekeeping-related guest requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a hospitality or hotel setting.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: From €14.50 per hour
