About the Role
The Planet Passionate Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the governance, reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement of the Planet Passionate programme across Kingspan Data Solutions. Working closely with the Divisional Planet Passionate Programme Manager, the postholder will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of sustainability data through robust controls, standardised processes, audit-ready documentation, and the development of reporting and forecasting tools.
The role will play a key part in improving visibility and reporting of performance across the division and business units, identifying risks and opportunities to target achievement, and supporting the onboarding and integration of acquisitions and new businesses into the Planet Passionate framework.
Key Responsibilities

Own the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of Planet Passionate data reporting across all sites, business units, and regions.

Develop and maintain robust data governance processes, controls, validation checks, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency and audit readiness.

Produce high-quality monthly Planet Passionate performance reports at site, business unit, regional, and divisional level, tailored to the needs of each audience and readily usable for business review meetings.

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Planet Passionate forecasting models, identifying performance gaps, risks, and opportunities against targets.

Support Planet Passionate audit readiness through evidence management, documentation control, and maintenance of auditable reporting processes.

Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Planet Passionate dashboards, reporting tools, forecasting models, data validation systems, and automation initiatives.

Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of Planet Passionate standards, procedures, controls, and reporting practices across the division.

Support the validation and integration of PG&S and procurement data into Planet Passionate reporting and forecasting processes to improve performance visibility and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience

A relevant third-level qualification in Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Sustainability/Environmental Science or a related discipline.

Strong analytical capability with experience managing large datasets and producing actionable performance insights.

Demonstrated experience in data governance, reporting, dashboard development, forecasting, or business performance analysis.

Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools, with experience in Power BI, Power Query, or similar analytical platforms desirable.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Excellent agility and ability to deliver on a timely manner on ad-hoc requests across a variety of topics.

Knowledge of sustainability, ESG reporting, environmental performance metrics, or manufacturing operations would be advantageous but is not essential.
