Re-Cell Technology Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Data Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and maintaining business and operational data to support strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance. The role requires excellent analytical abilities, technical knowledge, and the capability to communicate data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large volumes of business and operational data.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
Interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and security of company databases.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
Support data migration, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data protection policies.
Troubleshoot data quality issues and recommend effective solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain accurate records of data processes.
Assist with business intelligence projects and automation of reporting processes.
Stay updated with current data analytics technologies, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Data Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and information security principles.
Experience with Python, R, or data automation tools is considered an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
