Job Description
In this Senior Associate Director role, you will be a key component in Client Trade Operations for a 12-month duration, serving as a key strategic partner in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business-as-usual operations and project delivery, whilst driving operational excellence, process improvement, and team leadership across the department. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary escalation point for operational and client-related matters, driving effective resolutions and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Provide oversight of underlying fund account onboarding and maintenance activities, including AML/KYC requirements and ongoing account management.

Ensure the accurate and timely processing of capital calls, fund-related payments, and corporate actions in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the production and delivery of client, regulatory, and custodian reporting, ensuring quality and adherence to agreed deadlines.

Manage operational risk by identifying control gaps, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Lead, develop, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture aligned with MUFG's core values.

Partner with clients, custodians, technology teams, and other internal stakeholders to support business priorities and enhance service delivery.

Drive operational efficiency through process optimisation, automation initiatives, and system enhancements.

Support and lead strategic projects, including business change initiatives, system testing, process updates, training, and implementation activities.
Qualifications
-
Post-secondary education with a concentration in finance, accounting or related fields.

Ideally in possession of recognized Fund Services/Professional qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in the Fund Services industry, with extensive exposure to Fund Trading activities, Investor Account Openings and AML/KYC processes, and project delivery.

At least 2 years in a management role
