About the Role
We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join the team. Our ethos is to provide our Graduates with the best possible rounded experience at this key stage of your career. At Mitchell McDermott, you will be provided with the following experience:
- Cross-Sector experience We will provide the experience above across varying sectors to afford an understanding of the differences between each. We currently have live projects in the Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Pharmaceutical, Hotel, Healthcare and Data Centre sectors.
- Structured Learning Programme We will provide you with a structured learning programme which will map out your journey as a graduate with Mitchell McDermott and put in place a structured development plan to becoming a Chartered Project Manager.
You will be working as part of a close-knit team and will benefit from the experience of Senior PM’s working hands-on alongside you.
We would welcome your application if you have:
Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or Surveying.
0 – 3 years’ plus experience
Ideally within a Consultancy or Developer role but others will be considered.
High level of reporting skills.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Shrewd precise eye for detail.
Experience with Residential, Hotels, Commercial, or Logistics projects is advantageous.
Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.
