We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analysing data. The Junior Data Analyst will support commission analysis, identify trends and opportunities through data mining, and contribute to the development of reporting solutions using Excel and Power BI. The Role:
- Collating, analysing, and maintaining data to ensure high levels of accuracy and data integrity
- Performing data mining and trend analysis to identify insights, patterns, and opportunities
- Investigating data discrepancies and ensuring the quality and reliability of reports
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing interactive dashboards
- Generating reports using Excel and Power BI
- Managing recurring reporting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of accurate information
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- One year of relevant experience is desired but not required.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, charts, and data handling
- Experience using Power BI and creating data visualisations or dashboards
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and use your own initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ideas-driven approach
- A strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
The Package:
- Salary: €35,000 basic salary.
