What’s the Opportunity
Distilled is looking for an Advertising Operations (AdOps) & Programmatic Strategy Manager who can drive Distilled’s efforts to take Distilled’s Media Advertising Business to the next level. This is an opportunity to own a significant multi million euro Advertising Media revenue line across three of Ireland's largest online marketplaces, Daft, DoneDeal, and Adverts.ie
As Advertising Operations & Programmatic Strategy Manager, you will own the Media Advertising function at Distilled. Your first priority is to streamline how our Ad Operations team works, simplifying processes and automating manual effort to speed up campaign delivery. From there, you will be responsible for optimising programmatic revenue across DoneDeal.ie, Daft.ie and Adverts.ie, and for identifying new revenue opportunities across both programmatic and direct media, leading our Ad Ops team along the way
Reporting to the Strategy & Business Development Director, and working closely with the management team, you will coordinate with other key business units within the company such as Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Marketing to ensure we provide innovative advertising solutions to fulfill our customer needs.
The ideal candidate combines a genuine drive to simplify and streamline how ad operations works with a strong understanding of publisher monetisation and programmatic advertising, and is comfortable working closely with different internal teams. The Candidate should also have the ambition to continue to grow the Media revenue line through new product offerings and customer acquisition.
