The Opportunity
We are hiring a Quality Insights Analyst to join our team. Sitting within the Customer Quality team, this role will operate within an Agile Structure, working cross functionally with various departments, to establish service as a true market differentiator for Allianz.
The team is responsible for producing Service Intelligence insights and designing a robust quality framework, along with support methodologies, to ensure the organisation consistently meets the service standards expected by customers, claimants and brokers. These activities will support and inform continuous improvement and transformation across Retail, Commercial and Claims.
Proven technical competency, a strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to be a catalyst for change are important for success in this role. Suitable candidates will have the ability to interpret and analyse data to identify actionable insights that deliver quality and service experience improvements within Allianz and lead to positive outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess standards of service excellence across the business by collating and analysing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and compiling regular, insightful reporting across Root Cause and Trends (RCTA), Errors, Complaints and Quality for relevant stakeholders including Customer Forum, the Central Bank of Ireland, Management Risk Committee and Service Steering
- Implement cross organisational Root Cause and Trends Analysis (RCTA) on errors, complaints, VOC and VOB data points. Use performance intelligence and process-mining outputs that surface inefficiency candidates and inform automation opportunities
- Research and inform best practice in terms of the design of our quality management framework taking into account Allianz SE Group requirements, external market/ regulatory best practice and emerging technological advancements
- Champion change initiatives and embed new processes, agile ways of working, and continuous improvement within Retail, Commercial and Claims
- Foster and promote adoption of new tools, systems, and agile methodologies
- Interpret and effectively communicate complex analytical data to colleagues and managers delivering relevant training
- Conduct monthly reviews of complaints and error logs to ensure that all internal processes and regulatory requirements are met, presenting quality review findings and recommendations to the Customer Quality Manager.
Key Requirements / Skills Experience:
Essential Criteria
- Experience in a data analytics or business analyst position
- General insurance experience
- Proven analytical, design, interpretation and reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- APA qualified with a willingness to achieve CIP qualification
Desirable
- An understanding of Data Analytics and / or Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and their principles and practical uses would be advantageous
- Exposure to transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge and experience of the regulatory environment in Ireland, in particular for complaints and errors
- Experience of dealing with customer feedback and developing error remediation plans
- Experience in delivering training.
