The Opportunity
As an IT Service Process Analyst, you will support the Release Management team in coordinating the IT Notifiable Change Process.
You will help ensure planned service-impacting changes are reviewed, scheduled and governed appropriately before progressing through the Change Management approval route.
The role will work with Release Management, IT Service Management, Change Management, System Operations, Market Operations, technical teams, project teams and vendors to support clear planning, risk visibility and controlled delivery of planned change activity.
This role will help improve request quality, reduce scheduling conflicts, protect approved outage windows and support clear traceability from request submission through to CAB, execution and closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the IT Notifiable Change Process within Release Management.

Review and validate IT change submissions to confirm scope, completeness and readiness for review.

Advise requestors on required information, including outage window, impacted services, business impact, dependencies, rollback approach and operational considerations.

Coordinate planned service-impacting change activity across technical, operational, vendor and business-facing teams.

Maintain the IT outage calendar and identify scheduling conflicts, constraints and operational risks.

Prepare and support submissions for the IT Notifiable Change Process Approval Forum, including tracking decisions, actions, rejections and cancellations.

Support the interface with CAB, ensuring approved notifiable change requests are traceable through the Change Management process.

Maintain process documentation, trackers, reports and KPI inputs to improve governance, visibility and continuous improvement.
About You-
A third-level qualification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Service Management or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience supporting IT service management activities, including outage coordination, change management and ticket-based workflows.

Proven ability to manage and schedule multiple concurrent activities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, working across technical teams, vendors and business users.

High attention to detail when reviewing change requests, documentation and operational impacts.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with experience identifying process improvements and efficiencies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word and SharePoint.
