KNOW THE ROLE
To deliver creative, commercial, and innovative visual displays that reflect brand values, inspire customers, and drive sales excellence. The role ensures visual standards are maintained across store environments, enhancing the customer experience and supporting the wider retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative, engaging, and commercial visual displays using props, equipment, and artwork

Style interiors and product groupings to create impactful and inspiring presentations

Execute seasonal window schemes and support store layout changes in line with brand guidelines
-
Ensure all visual merchandising standards and guidelines are consistently upheld
-
Contribute to the seasonal visual strategy, aligning displays with wider commercial goals

Deliver a compelling visual experience that enhances customer engagement and loyalty

Support store teams in translating visual concepts into exceptional customer service delivery
-
Stay informed of competitor activity and global trends, generating new and innovative ideas
-
Ensure best practice in ticketing, signage, and display execution throughout the store

Collaborate with Retail Managers, Buyers, and Marketing to deliver effective and cohesive campaigns

Build strong relationships with concession partners, ensuring displays align with the overall brand identity

Monitor and evaluate visual execution to ensure alignment with business strategy and sales performance
-
Adapt and innovate displays quickly in response to seasonal, promotional, or commercial needs
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
-
1–2 years’ experience in visual merchandising; interiors experience desirable

Strong styling and display knowledge, including mannequins, groupings, and presentation tools

Ability to design, build, dismantle, and maintain mannequins safely and effectively
-
Excellent organisational skills, able to manage time and priorities efficiently
-
Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners

Commercial awareness with an understanding of brand standards and retail environments

Creative thinker with a flair for design and innovation

Adaptable and resilient, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards

Passion for visual storytelling and customer experience
