A fantastic opportunity has arisen for anAssociateBrand and Customer Managerin our Vaccines team.
This role requires working as part of a dynamic and motivated commercial team to deliver on a broad range of aligned business objectives. A strong focus on marketing execution with a deep understanding of the Irish market and customer base is essential for this role. The role requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, delivering best in class customer experiences and working in an agile way to ensure delivery of strategic objectives.
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Operates as a point of contact of our company for our customers service needs, in particular pharmacy, tailor strategies and interactions and have a deep understanding of the customer and the brand priorities
- Lead innovative marketing and disease campaigns across traditional and digital channels to raise awareness of our vaccine products to healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and patients.
- Utilise data and analytics to derive insights, monitor campaign performance, and optimise marketing activities.
- Forecast market demand, sales volumes, and revenue for our vaccines, supporting strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory guidelines to anticipate market shifts.
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
Required
- Primary Degree, preferably in a business or science related area with a minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Proven relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
- Understanding of the wider HSE environment, including how to partner effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to challenge status quo, make rapid decisions, and operate successfully in an empowered organisation.
- Ability to understand and synthesise complex clinical evidence, translating into clear and concise promotional messaging.
- Excellent financial management, forecasting planning skills.
- Proficient in working with productivity platforms and tools.
- Excellent internal external communication influencing skills.
Preferred
- Proven experience working within pharmaceutical/ health sector industry.
- Pharmaceutical product launch experience.
