Marketing Associate

Vitabella Clinic – Dublin

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Us

Vitabella Clinic is a doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic based in Dublin. We are looking for a reliable and organised Marketing Associate to support our marketing activities, patient communications and the day-to-day growth of the clinic.

Main Duties

Assist with the clinic's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content.
Help prepare promotional materials for treatments and services. Respond to patient enquiries by telephone, email and social media in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with booking appointments and providing information about the clinic's services.
Update the clinic website and online content. Support the management of Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
Monitor online reviews and assist with patient feedback. Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Help identify opportunities to promote the clinic and attract new patients.
Work closely with the clinic directors on marketing and business development projects.
Carry out general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Good communication and organisational skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Experience with Canva or similar design software is an advantage.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in administration, customer service or marketing is desirable but not essential
