Are you an experienced Service Engineer with strong electrical, electronic, and fault-finding skills? Join Diversey in a varied field-based role supporting our market-leading hygiene dispensing systems, chemical dosing equipment, and TASKI floorcare machines across Dublin and surrounding regions.
This role is ideal for electrically qualified engineers with experience in automation, controls, or electro-mechanical equipment who enjoy solving technical problems and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and repair hygiene dispensing, chemical dosing, and TASKI floorcare equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation-related faults.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain van stock to maximise first-time fix rates.
- Complete service reports and update Salesforce records.
- Work safely and in line with company standards at all times.
About You
- Recognised Electrical or Electronic qualification preferred.
- Experience in field service, maintenance, installation, or engineering roles.
- Strong electrical, electronic, and automation fault-finding skills.
- Comfortable working on electro-mechanical equipment.
- Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Strong customer service, communication, and IT skills.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Flexible to travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays (typically around two nights per month).
