• Lead and supervise a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design technical solutions • Drive software development projects from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance development processes and tools.
