Full job description

Job Title: Kitchen Porter
Location: Crown Quarter, Wexford Town, Co. Wexford.
Reports to: Head Chef/Sous Chef

Crown Quarter is on the lookout for a Kitchen Porter to join our fast-paced and dynamic kitchen team. Our modern and stylish environment is known for serving beautifully crafted dishes made from the finest locally sourced Wexford produce.
If you’re a hard-working individual with a keen eye for cleanliness and a passion for maintaining high standards, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring all kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, and service ware are cleaned to the highest standard.
Taking responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring a hygienic and safe workspace.
Supporting the kitchen team in upholding HACCP food safety standards.
Working efficiently as part of a tight-knit team.
Adhering to company policies on Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care, and Security.
Being available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A professional and friendly attitude with a strong work ethic.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
A team player who takes pride in their role.
A strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for hospitality.
Candidates must be over 18 due to working hours.
