Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our growing technical team.
The successful candidate will provide remote and onsite technical support to a variety of business clients, assisting with everything from Microsoft 365 administration and workstation support to device deployments and client onboarding activities.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in managed IT services while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for client IT issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops Server 2016 and up.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
- Ensure tickets are updated accurately and resolved within service level targets.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Reset passwords and assist with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Manage Microsoft 365 licences.
- Assist with mailbox administration and shared mailboxes.
- Support Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding.
Device & Endpoint Management
- Configure new devices for end users.
- Deploy software and company applications.
- Assist with Intune device enrolment and management.
- Perform routine device maintenance and updates.
- Support remote monitoring and management platforms.
Client Onboarding & Projects
- Assist with onboarding new clients.
- Gather technical information and documentation.
- Support email migrations and workstation deployments.
- Help deliver Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation within company systems.
Customer Service
- Provide professional and friendly support to end users.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding issues and resolutions.
- Keep customers informed of progress and expected outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 1–3 years experience in an IT support role.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 & Server OS’s.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full clean driver’s license.
Desirable
- MSP experience.
- Experience with Intune.
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-900 or AZ-900.

Pay: €33,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
