IC Garage and are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our team on a maternity leave cover contract.
This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone with motor industry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and workshop team, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and booking in vehicles for service, maintenance, and repairs
Advising customers on service requirements, costs, and timelines
Creating job cards and maintaining accurate workshop documentation
Liaising with technicians
Managing customer communication throughout the repair process
Handling invoices, warranty claims, and service administration
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor is ideal
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organised, professional and reliable
Ability to work under pressure in a busy workshop environment
Team player with a positive attitude
