We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Consumer Insights Manager to help shape the future of the SuperValu brand through deep customer understanding, actionable insight and strategic thinking.
This role is responsible for turning customer, shopper, market and competitive intelligence into clear recommendations that drive growth, strengthen customer relevance and inform decision-making across the business.
The successful candidate will act as the voice of the customer within SuperValu, partnering closely with marketing, retail, trading, own brand, proposition, retailer and executive teams to ensure decisions are grounded in customer and shopper insight.
