Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
We are seeking a highly organised and collaborative Senior Project Manager to serve as the critical interface between our Peripheral Intervention Business Unit Leadership and cross-functional teams in our medical devices organisation. This role ensures alignment between strategic objectives and project execution, driving visibility, coordination, and successful delivery of initiatives across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Commercial functions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination skills, a solid understanding of the medical device development lifecycle, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Business Unit and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Coordinate and support projects throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development to commercialisation.
Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Facilitate project governance activities, including status reviews, leadership updates, and portfolio planning meetings.
Identify, track, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and issues, driving timely resolution and escalation when required.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, design controls, and applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
Support portfolio management activities such as project prioritisation, resource planning, and capacity management.
Translate business strategies and objectives into actionable project plans that support commercial, clinical, and regulatory goals.
Drive continuous improvement of project management, tracking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, or a similar role within medical devices (or highly regulated industry)
Strong understanding of product development processes and regulatory environment
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with cross-functional global teams
Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and design control processes
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
Experience supporting portfolio or program-level initiatives
The Salary Range for this role is €100K - €120K + Bonus + Benefits
