As the Operations Manager working in a busy luxury 4-star hotel you will be a master of all areas relating to hotels. You will control the day to day activities, ensuring that you have the right team in place to deliver the great service standards that our guests expect and deserve.
Leading from the front, you will be a hands-on style Manager who knows where to be at all times. You will have HOD's reporting directly to you and your role is to support them to deliver excellence - whether in the housekeeping, reception or food and beverage areas, it is all within your remit.
You will report to the Hotel Manager and your first priority will be to improve our service standards so that we reach and maintain a Top 10 position on Trip Advisor.
You will already be an experienced Manager with at least 5 years experience in Hospitality and ready for your next move. It's a great stepping stone to enable you to demonstrate your experience to date and to develop wider business skills that will prepare you for your future goals. You will work closely with the Support office where the experts will support your development in the commercial aspects of hotel management.
