Purpose of the role: The post holder works as part of the multidisciplinary team, establishing and maintaining good working relationships aimed at delivering a high standard of care. The post holder is required to develop additional clinical skills pertinent to the specialty. The post holder is responsible for managing the care of patients and the needs of their families, ensuring quality is maintained. The post holder is expected to participate in appropriate education and research requirements.
