The Arlington Hotel is currently seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role involving the promotion and sale of Celtic Nights tickets, alongside key administrative responsibilities. The role requires a confident, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or by telephone, answering or directing enquiries to the appropriate department.

Promote and sell Celtic Nights tickets to individual guests, groups, and partner organisations.

Manage administrative duties for Celtic Nights bookings, including individual, group, and partner bookings, invoicing, reporting, and general administration.

Ensure all phone and email enquiries for both the show and the ground floor are responded to promptly and professionally.

Produce detailed function sheets for large events, ensuring all agreed customer details (upsells, special occasions, special requests) are clearly communicated to the Operations team.

Work closely with the Sales Executive, Show Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager to ensure effective communication across departments.

Carry out additional duties as required by management.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Security, Hygiene, Fire Procedures, Licensing Laws, and Cash Handling/Till Procedures.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year hospitality experience (essential).

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Opera Cloud experience is desirable but not essential.

Availability to work weekends is required.

Candidates must have the legal right to work full-time in Ireland.
