Entropic Ltd is a leader in the design and delivery of high-quality HVAC equipment and systems internationally. Specialist sectors include Pharmaceutical facilities, Data Centres, Healthcare projects and LEED Platinum or BREEAM Excellent office buildings throughout Europe.

Since our foundation 20 years ago, we have grown steadily, now as we scale and accelerate our growth, we require a Senior Administrative Assistant -Finance to join our team of passionate and experienced professionals and help advance our progress as a trusted HVAC partner delivering high quality, low carbon, to our customers.

Requirements:

Accounting Technician, Part qualified or qualified accountant.

6+ Years as a senior accounts person in a busy and varied accounts role.

Experience using SAP 1 or working in the construction industry an advantage.

Responsibilities:

§ Accounts Receivable- sales orders, sales invoices, collections.

§ Accounts Payable responsibilities include posting invoices, verifying purchase invoices against purchase orders, and scheduling payments.

§ Knowledge of SAP 1 an advantage.

§ Postings to SAP 1 general ledger codes.

§ Knowledge of International Vat rules an advantage.

§ Invoice discounting reconciliation and operation of the facility.

§ Completing Intrastat returns.

§ Issuing quotations for Maintenance contracts.

§ Responsible for issuing operating manuals and commissioning reports to clients.

§ Assist in logistics for delivery from supplier factories of equipment to construction sites in Europe.

§ Telephone follow up on quotes issued.

§ Other responsibilities, as management may require.

§ Bank Reconciliations.

Preparing accounts to Trial balance or Management accounts.
