Up to €50,000 Basic + Average OTE €80,000 + Excellent Benefits

Peninsula has been empowering businesses for over 40 years, with over 7,000 business owners choosing Peninsula for their HR & Health & Safety support. We're at a very exciting point in our business development where our sales division is the biggest it has ever been and we are still growing.

This role will be to take responsibility of the development of a team of outbound B2B Sales Executives, managing day to day sales targets around number of calls and appointments booked to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for setting strategic sales goals, coaching your team, overseeing sales operations, and executing initiatives aligned with company objectives. There will be a fantastic mix of tenured and trainee level staff on the team for you to develop into the very best performing sales team.

You will be working in a KPI driven environment which is fast-paced, professional but fun! Reporting directly into the Head of Inside Sales, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the department by ensuring your team are contributing to the overall success of the sales floor.

Salary and Benefits:

· Up to €50,000 basic / OTE €80,000

· 25 days’ holiday + plus bank holidays, with an increase to your holidays after 2 years’ service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve or exceed daily weekly and monthly booked, sat, meeting targets, plus monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Provide a minimum of 2 coaching sessions daily. Continuous development of each team member.
Conduct regular one to one performance reviews with your team members.
Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
Manage team with internal HR processes – Return to works, return to form etc

Maintain awareness of emerging market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Oversee CRM systems, ensuring accurate pipeline management, data integrity, and effective sales process execution.

Your skills:

· Experience as a Team Leader or Manager within a Telesales environment.

· Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in B2B environment.

· Strategic mindset with strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.

· Experience in consultative selling, solution-based selling, or similar methodologies.

· A confident and positive personality with natural leadership qualities.

· Motivational approach to leading and supporting a team of sales team.
