Full job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on YouTube, video performance, or programmatic display.
Experience in client-facing roles, managing corporate relationships or agency accounts.
Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with YouTube and video performance products, measurement frameworks (e.g., brand lift, conversion lift, observational studies), and data auditing.
Knowledge of automation tools, case management systems, or data visualization/scorecards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multilingual, and highly collaborative matrixed team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving complex campaign delivery issues.

Responsibilities

Specialize in high-scale performance products, particularly Demand Gen campaigns utilizing a mix of video and image assets to drive conversions and customer acquisition.
Navigate highly complex account structures, such as the multi-vertical aggregator business models common in performance-heavy markets.
Provide comprehensive support for major brand initiatives—spanning campaign planning, client guidance, implementation, and optimization.
Create, pitch, and secure large-scale, high-impact media plans aligned with major global events (e.g., the world cup or seasonal product launches).
Act as the dedicated technical and strategic advisor for Tier1 and Tier2 clients to ensure long-term stability and campaign growth.
