What You’ll Do as a People & Culture Administrator

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets and departments. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

Managed end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, induction planning, employment contracts, exit interviews, and ensuring a seamless colleague experience.
Provided comprehensive People & Culture administrative support, maintaining employee records, processing absences in Workday, managing colleague movements, updating organisational charts, and resolving employee queries and service tickets.
Supported payroll and finance processes by conducting payroll audits, validating employee data, raising purchase orders, and assisting with invoice and payment tracking.
Delivered colleague engagement and experience initiatives, coordinating recognition programs, supporting P&C projects, and fostering strong working relationships across the business.
Produced and maintained accurate people data and reporting, supporting business stakeholders with insights, performance cycle administration, and data-driven decision-making.
Ensured compliance, confidentiality, and continuous improvement, handling sensitive employee information professionally while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

Proficient in using HR/People systems such as Workday, with the ability to manage employee data and support HR processes effectively.
Experienced in providing People & Culture/HR administrative support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for reporting, documentation, and data management.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Possesses excellent planning, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
Holds, or is working towards, a People & Culture/HR qualification, with a strong commitment to delivering a professional and employee-focused service.
