Your peer group typically holds an honours degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.- You will have 3-4+ years of recruitment experience prior to joining KPMG.
- You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy engaging with students about our graduate and student programmes.
- You will have evidence of flexibility and adaptability within your current and previous roles.
- You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing high volumes of activity.
- You will be a collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture.
Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you develop your career with us. Initially, you can expect to:
Support the end-to-end graduate recruitment and student programmes process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.- Coordinate campus recruitment activities, including candidate attraction, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, contract administration, offer management, onboarding and stakeholder engagement.
- Build strong and effective relationships with candidates and internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships and partnerships with universities and third-level institutions.
- Champion our employer brand across all graduate and student recruitment activities, working closely with the Marketing team to develop and deliver attraction campaigns.
- Represent KPMG at campus events, careers fairs, presentations and other recruitment activities across the Republic of Ireland and Belfast.
- Maintain accurate reporting and provide meaningful recruitment insights and data.
- Support additional activities and initiatives as required within the graduate and student recruitment function.

The KPMG recruitment team forms part of the Human Resources department and consists of 17 people currently who are responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activity including; experienced hiring, campus recruitment and global opportunities.
